Overdue Fees!

A quick but important reminder for all families with Scouts abd Cubs attending Summer Camp

Our team of volunteer leaders has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to plan an amazing and memorable Summer Camp for our Cubs and Scouts. We are all very excited about what’s ahead!

However, we need to address a serious concern. A number of families have registered their children but have not yet paid their deposits or full camp fees.

These payments are essential Our camp budget is based on the numbers registered, and we have already started making payments for food, activities, port-a-loos and transport accordingly.

When fees remain unpaid or participants withdraw without notice, it places a significant financial strain on the camp. This can result in losses and, ultimately, impacts what we are able to provide for our young people attending.

Please remember - this is NOT a free camp, and we rely on everyone fulfilling their commitment once they have registered.

Our leaders are volunteers who are giving up a great deal of time and energy to make this camp happen, and it’s only fair that we all do our part to support the effort.

If you are experiencing difficulties or need to arrange a payment plan, please contact the Camp Director (cnisummercamp@scouts.nz.) as soon as possible. We are always willing to work with families - Communication is key.

Let’s uphold the values of Scouting by doing the right thing and ensuring every Cub and Scout gets the camp experience they deserve.
