⚠️ Invoice Reminder – Important Information ⚠️

Invoices are currently being sent out and some of you may have already received yours. 

When making your payment, you must include your FM1234 number as the reference. This number is clearly stated on the invoice you receive.

We are currently receiving payments with incomplete or unclear references (e.g., just “Scouts” or no name at all), which makes it difficult and time-consuming for our volunteers to match payments to applications.

With so many Cubs, Scouts, Leaders and adults registering, we really need your help to keep things running smoothly.
