Get ready for an unforgettable adventure Summer Camp 2026!

Our Scout and Cub Summer Camps are packed with fun, friendship and outdoor challenges that build confidence, resilience, and lifelong memories.

Dates:

Scout Camp 3rd Jan to 9th Jan 2026.

Cub Camp 10th Jan to 14th Jan 2026.

Location:

Waitawheta Youth Camp – a stunning site nestled between Waihi and Paeroa. 439 Waitawheta Road, Waihi 3682

Our amazing team of passionate, experienced volunteer leaders are already preparing a camp full of exciting activities tailored to each group. Everyone – Cubs, Scouts, and Leaders – will be sleeping under canvas and forming strong contingent bonds throughout the week.

 
All Scouts, Cubs and Leaders will be under canvas in contingent groups.  

The Summer Camp runs every two out of three years – so don’t miss your chance to be part of this special event!

The programme is split into two parts:

1. A seven day programme for Scouts.  
2. A five day programme for Cubs.
