Arrival

Please do not arrive before your designated arrival window - arrivals are staggered to ease congestion and to ensure that there are appropriate adults to supervise the youth. Please follow all instructions for stopping and parking. Once parked -head to the registration point to sign in before unloading bags etc. Once registered you will be guided to the camping area. Please do not linger unless you have been requested to help set up as we need to move cars off site as quickly as possible. An assistant will show you to the appropriate camping area.  Please provide a packed lunch and snacks as no food is rationed until dinner. Only vehicles carrying contingent equipment will be permitted onto the campsite itself.

All equipment must be packed, your site cleared and a Site Clearance obtained from your Camp Director or a nominee. Youth may not be permitted to depart until the clearance has beden given. Top Tip: Bring food for your child and don't expect much conversation on the way home - they will be tired!
