Member Re-Registration Process

For members under 18 years, the re-registration process should be completed by the
parent/guardian, using their email address.
1. Log into Friendly Manager
(https://cniscouts.friendlymanager.com/login) using your email address and password. If
you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password” and you will be sent
an email to reset your password.

2. Once signed in, click the blue Register Now button

3. Select the appropriate registration form

4. Proceed and complete the fields on the registration form. Previously entered data will
have self-populated. Compulsory fields have a red line.

- Choose the appropriate group to be registered for
- If you have an additional member that you wish to register, click on the green +Add
another member button
- Otherwise click on the blue Proceed to Parent/Guardian Contact Button

5. Complete Parent/Guardian Contact details
- Add or Update Emergency Contact details
- If you wish to add an additional contact, click the green +Add another contact button
- Otherwise click the blue Proceed to Merchandise button

6. To purchase the Camp Toggle, click on Add to Cart, then click on Proceed to Terms &
Conditions button

7. Read and agree to Terms and Conditions, thick the box before proceeding to Payment

8. Check the Summary before clicking the blue Register button.

9. You will then be sent a confirmation email with an invoice and copy of terms and
conditions attached.

New Member Registration Process

For members under 18 years, the re-registration process should be completed by the

2. In the menu, click on Register for Camp, scroll down and click on New to CNI Camp
2025 button

3. Select the appropriate registration form

4. Proceed and complete the fields on the registration form. Compulsory fields have a red
line.

- If you have an additional member that you wish to register, click on the green +Add
another member button
- Otherwise click on the blue Proceed to Parent/Guardian Contact Button
