* Fess are exclusive of contingency fees. A contingent is the group of youth that camp and eat together and is usually based on Scout Zones. This fee is set by the appropriate contingent leader and varies according to what is offered as part of this fee. Payment for this is arranged seperately by the appointed Contingent Leader.

Payment and Deadline Details

Monday 2 August  - Registrations Open
Tuesday 26  October - Last 'Early Bird Registrations" ($50 reduced rate if registration and payment is completed by this date)
Tuesday 23 November - Final registrations and refund deadline.

Sunday 28 November- Payment Deadline ( See Payment Options)

Payment Options

Once registered you will be invoiced a $50 deposit payable within 14 days. The remainder fo thefee will be invoiced seperately and can be paid in installments and you will be able to check how much is owed at any time by logging into the system and viewing your account. You can pay by direct credit to the bank account on the invoice or by  by debit/credit card ( this will incur a fee). A monthly statement will be sent to keep you updated..

Some groups fundraise to reduce individual costs. In this case, the whole sum can be deposited and a list of how it is to be allocated sent to the treasurer.

Hardship Applications

In the event that a youth member wishes to attend but is not in a financial position to do so we encourage you to get in touch with us to apply for financial assistance which is awarded on a case by case basis.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The $50 deposit is non refundable but camp fees are refundable if withdrawal is notified before 23 November 2021. No refunds will be made after that date, but part of the fee may be transferred to another Scout, Cub or Leader with prior approval.
