* Fess are exclusive of contingency fees. A contingent is the group of youth that camp and eat together and is usually based on Scout Zones. This fee is set by the appropriate contingent leader and varies according to what is offered as part of this fee. Payment for this is arranged separately by the appointed Contingent Leader.

29th October 2024 - Last 'Early Bird Registrations" ($50 reduced rate if registration and payment is completed by this date)

30th November 2024 - Final registrations and refund deadline.

Payment Options

Once registered you will be invoiced for the full amount of the camp you chose. $50 of this is the deposit, and is payable within 14 days. Untill this is recieved you are not fully registered.The remainder of the fee can be can be paid in instalments. You will be able to check how much is owed at any time by logging into the system and viewing your account. You can pay by direct credit to the bank account on the invoice. A monthly statement will be sent to keep you updated.

Some groups fundraise to reduce individual costs. In this case, the whole sum can be deposited and a list of how it is to be allocated sent to the treasurer.

Hardship Applications and Payment over Time

In the event that a youth member wishes to attend but is not in a financial position to do so we encourage you to get in touch with us to apply for financial assistance which is awarded on a case by case basis.  Scouts NZ has hardship grants available that we can access where appropriate.

If you would like to pay the fee over time, we are more than happy for you to do so.  You can pay as much as you can afford as often as you wish, and you will be able to view these payments in your registration account.  However, the full amount due will still have to be paid by 30 November 2024.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The $50 deposit is non-refundable but camp fees are refundable if withdrawal is notified before 30th November 2024. No refunds will be made after that date, but part of the fee may be transferred to another Scout, Cub or Leader not already registered with prior approval.
